Carolyn’s Heart Foundation has a genuine heart for the community. The mission of Carolyn’s Heart Foundation is to ensure equity and accessibility for our neighboring communities. With compassion and determination, Carolyn’s Heart Foundation will work to eliminate food insecurity and improve the health and well-being of our community through access to healthy and nutritious foods, community education and advocacy.

With a heart to improve the lives of those living with mental illness and provide emotional wellness for individuals and families, Carolyn's Heart Foundation will strive to deliver services and support for those struggling with mental illnesses, housing instabilities, and food insecurity.

Case Management Services
Carolyn’s Heart Foundation will provide efficient monitoring of health and social services to ensure that the clients needs are effectively met.

Psychoeducation Groups
Engaging in intentional dialogue about mental illness while providing education surrounding the topic is one of the many ways we, as a society, can actively combat stigma. Using clinical providers and current psychological data, this foundation will work relentlessly to implement a firm understanding of mental health in our neighboring communities.

Homeless Resources
Carolyn’s Heart Foundation is dedicated to working towards combating the maltreatment of marginalized individuals belonging to various intersectional socioeconomic statuses (SES). By supplying these communities with affordable housing resources, food security, and mental health services, we believe that we can advocate for equitable treatment among these populations.

Child Care
We are dedicated to providing a safe, education-focused environment that is conducive to the development of children. Carolyn’s Heart Foundation will be responsible for providing after school care, programming for the summer and winter months, and tutoring services in order to equip children with the socioemotional skills necessary to navigate the world around them.

Senior Citizen Engagement
Social activity is a necessary component when discussing successful aging in older individuals. In order to ensure the continuous engagement of senior citizens, we will be striving towards building a community, in which each individual can feel a greater sense of belonging and an established feeling of integrity.
